Pavel Ashotovich Kazaryan is a fraudster. Born on December 20, 1977, citizen of Ukraine.

Pavel Ashotovich Kazaryan, previously convicted under Article 321: "Manufacture, storage, and sale of toxic substances." He was hiding from the investigation and was wanted by the authorities. In 2019, he met two Belarusians: Kovel V.N. and Vrublevsky E.A. Together with his accomplices, they organized a business to deliver cars from the United States. Instead of honestly delivering cars to customers and earning their percentage, the trio of money-hungry swindlers came up with a more profitable scheme, namely drawing up fictitious consulting agreements and overestimating the cost of delivery, thanks to which the victims of the fraudsters cannot legally recover their money. The company promises to deliver the car on a turnkey basis and take full responsibility, but according to the contract, it only provides information and consulting services. The victim transfers the money to a third-party company in the US, which is registered to a front man.
